
A huuuuuuge, rolling thunderstorm came through last night, and opened up my peonies. I managed to snap this photo this morning, on my morning walk, my mind is cleansed, I'm ready to start this day.
I'm already noticing some changes, my pants are already looser. I kind of wish I had weighed but, alas, I know it's not good for my Soul. Numbers become emotions and that's not why I'm doing this. Not this time. I'll most likely weigh myself in a month. This is only day 5. Patience.
Today's Plan:
Breakfast:
eggs, for sure, I'm undecided right now if I want to go sweet or savory.
Snack:
Broccoli/cauli salad that I made yesterday (SO GOOD) let me know if you'd like the recipe.
Swiss cheese cubes
Lunch: ( CAN'T HARDLY WAIT TILL LUNCH!)
Leftover cube steak
Broccoli salad
Green bean almondine (omg good)
Snack:
Think I'll have a lettuce wedge w/some lemon, some black olives/hunka cheese
Dinner:
BBQ Chicken
Fresh lettuce salad (NO MORE BAGGED SALAD, julienne)
asparagus.
I'm going to sit Kev down tonight and just tell him how much I appreciate him. He's my love.
