One week! Happy Father's Day!

Lowcarb....it's not for wussies!
( yes, I ate this whole salad)

Today, we have another busy, busy, busy day. We'll have, I'm guessing, between 30-40 friends here for our annual Father's Day bashola. I'm serving: Bugers, dogs, brats on the grill, devilled eggs, taco salad, watermelon. AND the non-low-carbers will be bringing a dish to pass, so it'll be really easy for Kev and I to stay legal.

PLAN:

BREAKFAST:

Eggs and ham

Snack:

Devilled eggs

Lunch:

Chef salad, cottage cheese

Dinner:

See above.

Today will be kind of a "grazing" day, as I have ALOT to do, I'll grab little things here and there, but I *WILL* stay legal, easy to do with all these goodies around. And I'll have PLENTY of activity running up and down the hill, spoiling our friends, fishing, canoeing...

It's going to be a great day.

Peace.

Karen
