Aaah, summer, how I love you. Last night, we attended the Concert In the Park, sponsored by the FANTASTIC Holt Arts council. This salsa band was absolutely phenominal. The sky was clear blue and without a cloud. 75 degrees, a light breeze. Just the perfect Michigan summer day. And we have many more to come! The summer is still young, although it goes by MUCH too fast for me.
I used to think that I might miss the seasons here in
Michigan, but now, I realize, no, I would not miss the snow.
TODAY'S PLAN:
Breakfast:
cottage cheese with cinnamon/splenda
Lunch:
Out to lunch with Matthew for a big salad
Snack:
Cheese and cherry tomatoes
Dinner:
Cube Steak and Chopped Salad and fresh Asparagus. MMM

Another awesome similarity. I love salsa and have taken professional mambo lessons forever! If you want some good old school stuff just to build a collection, I can surely recommend! I'm glad you're enjoying your summer.
